About Our Placements

   Selection of homes for our puppies is based on several factors.   We are looking for loving homes with owners that are willing to take their puppy into the home that has time to socialize and train their puppy with love and patience.  We require owners to be financially responsible, to have reasonable expectations of this breed,  and understand the requirements of owning a Czechoslovakian Vlcak.  (CsV)

   Owners need to be flexible and learn about the breed.  The Czechoslovakian Vlcak is different than your standard dog breed.  Living with the Czechoslovakian Vlcak can be extremely difficult  and demanding at times.  New owners need to understand that owning a CsV is a lifelong commitment.

   Czechoslovakian Vlcak's are extremely loyal and bond tightly with their owners, so first and foremost, we are looking for people wanting a companion.  Due to the bonds that CsV's develop with their owners, they will be faithful companions for life.   We are looking for people who are ready to take on the commitment of owning a Czechoslovakian Vlcak as a companion and owners that have an interest in training, trialing, showing  and promoting the breed.  

   We choose our breeding matches very carefully, in order to further develop and improve the breed.  We also refer to other breeders for their knowledge in order to find the proper match for breeding.  Testing and health screening prior to breeding is necessary, to ensure that the best dogs are selected to improve the breed.   We look for potential owners who will cooperate with those standards to maintain and ensure our Czechoslovakian Vlcak pedigree's are maintained.

   We are not looking for professional trainers or handlers but owners that will to be active with their CsV's.  We are looking for owners most of all, that want to interact with their dogs, in and out of the home.  We are here for any assistance we can provide, including moral support, which all CsV owners may need at times!

   Puppy placement is not first come first serve, but we will choose owners that we feel will be up to the task and provide the best possible home.  We hope that owners will keep in contact with us, and pass along training and accomplishments.  We want to see how our puppies mature, and how they progress.

   A Purchase Agreement to protect all parties, including the dog and the breed are required.
